Yoga and Italian Course
Learning Italian and Yoga on the beautiful island of Sardinia, with sea view, surrounded by nature, sunshine and fresh air? This is exactly what Nadja and Verena are offering this June:
Join us from June 9th to 13th, 2025, for a unique course that combines the joy of learning Italian with the serenity of yoga, all set against the stunning backdrop of Sardinia's natural beauty.
What Awaits You:
• Morning Yoga Sessions (8:00-9:30 a.m.): Unwind with dynamic Vinyasa Yoga conducted by Verena (Surya Sardinia - Villa Bella Salmagi). Each session includes pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, designed to enhance focus, flexibility, and inner peace.
• Afternoon Italian Lessons: Engage in interactive Italian classes led by Nadja (Dialogando – Enjoy Languages). Utilizing the PDL method, these sessions make language learning both fun and effective.
• Scenic Surroundings on the rooftop of the beautiful Villa Bella Salmagi (about 30 min. drive from Cagliari direction Villassimius) with amazing seaview, surrounded by the mediterranean macchia
